Some people know exactly what they are meant to do with their lives from the beginning.  That is not my story.  Maybe it's my steadfast stubborn constitution, or maybe I am just a little oblivious, but it has taken me over 40 years to realize what has always been right in front of me.  After 20+ years cooking and baking professionally, and countless detours, I have finally come around to the simple fact that nothing brings me more joy than being in the kitchen.  This journey has also allowed me to realize my self-worth, and the fact that I am as deserving of happiness as everyone else.  With lessons learned and an open mind for the future, I am grateful to be able to chase this dream....
